Basic Terms:

   1. Datagenno was created with the initial objective of providing a database that can be used as a tool for medical professionals, research scientists and interested customers. The users are solely responsible for their use of the Datagenno Site, for all Content posted and for any and all consequences resulting therefrom.

   2. Datagenno can also be used as a teaching tool for institutions that might want to use our platform in teaching practices. However, terms and conditions to institutions may differ from individual users.

   3. Datagenno also provides a tool that allows the exchange of information among its users, allowing each user to enter patient information into a personal web page. In this case, Datagenno gives the user control over his/her information.

   4. Datagenno provides each user with autonomy to allow or disable other users from seeing private information. You have control of what information you put on your page about your profile, the institution of work, patient information or other information that you want to insert into your personal page (see Term of Privacy for details).

   5. Datagenno's site may include advertisement, which may be targeted to the Content displayed on the Site, queries made through the Site, or other information. In using Datagenno, you agree that Datagenno and its third party partners may place such advertising on the Site or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Site whether submitted by you or others.

   6. Datagenno has no responsibility on any information or photos inserted into your personal page. All Content, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that originated such Content.

   7. Datagenno provides authorization models to use the information of patients; however, is not responsible for any legal authorization in any country, state, city or society. The user must conform to local laws and be responsible for each patient under their responsibility.

   8. Datagenno must have a user and patient authorization. By registering for Datagenno’s services, you will provide your personal information such as name, occupation, professional data such as institution of work, etc. The messages sent and received by you are stored in order to allow users to re-access this information in the future. If you decide to insert information in your personal web page about a particular patient or a case study, this information is not Datagenno’s responsability, and may be seen by others only if allowed by the user. Datagenno is responsible for information contained only on its database.

   9. Datagenno does not intentionally store any information from untruthful sources.

   10. Datagenno offer access to the database with free tools to their users for a period of 24 months from the day the user create a personal profile. After this period, Datagenno may extend for time to be defined or may no longer be free, and may establish an annual fee to users for a value to be determined.

   11. Datagenno is compromised to communicate to all its users, through messages, email and posts in the website 90 days before the end of the free access period allowing the user to choose if the personal page with information will be kept or not in case of termination of service.

   12. The decision to terminate your user page will not result in any problems to the user or to Datagenno.

   13. By using Datagenno, you claim to be aware of and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Website Content:

   1. All Content, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that originated such Content.

   2. Datagenno does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content created by its users or third party sources.

   3. Datagenno does not tolerate nor endorse any Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or inappropriate. Such use is subjected to removal without prior notification and immediate termination of the user accounts.

   4. Any Content or activity connected to any commercial use is subject to removal without prior notification and immediate termination of the user accounts.

   5. Datagenno reserves the right at all times to remove or refuse Content on the Site and to terminate or reclaim users and their user pages.

   6. Datagenno reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of Datagenno, its users and the public in general.

User responsibilities:

   1. The user is responsible for his/her profile of the Datagenno site, any Content you provide, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your Content by other users and third party partners.

   2. Datagenno respects the rights and opinions of its users and expects its users to do the same. Any content that can be construed as hateful, inappropriate or offensive is subject to removal without prior notification and the user accounts are subject to termination.

   3. Users cannot willfully impersonate an individual or entity on Datagenno. Such fraudulent use is subject to immediate termination of user accounts without prior notice.

   4. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts and shall maintain the privacy and security of their account passwords.
